We all have those days when we just can't seem to shake that bad mood, the good news is, there are simple activities we can do to instantly make us feel better and dramatically improve our mood.

1) Stretch - Sometimes a good stretch is just what the doctor ordered. In our lives we tend to spend long periods of time sitting or standing in the one position, this can make us feel stiff, rigid and moody. A light stretch or yoga can loosen up the muscles and help us feel more comfortable and relax the mind.
2) Laugh - Release your inner child, get crazy and have a laugh with friends, not only can this dramatically improve your mood but also tighten your friendship bonds. If everyone's too busy to hang out, than a good comedy or funny videos on YouTube are always a good option for a laugh.
3) Have shower - Or a bath, wash the negative energy away, rejuvenate, relax and start fresh. If you don't have much time, just washing your hands and face can feel just as refreshing.
4) Listen to your favourite music - Listening to music you love can fill your mind with happy thoughts, lift your spirits and boost your energy.
